Church Action on Poverty survey

Community Pride is a unit of the national charity Church Action on Poverty.

Church Action on Poverty are currently undertaking a strategic review as part of a planning process for the next five years. Fundraising for our work with Deafblind people

Two opticians from Salford have raised over £1,000 for our work with Deafblind people! Tony & Nick from Wallwork opticians ran the Snowdonia marathon in October! We thank them for all their hard work and fundraising!

Local people fundraising for Community Pride!

Two members of staff from Wallwork Opticians, based in Swinton (Salford), are in training to run the Snowdonia Marathon to raise funds for Community Pride’s work with Deafblind people in Salford. Tony McGrail and Nick Wallwork were inspired to take on the challenge when they heard about the invaluable work we are doing to support Deafblind people in the area.
